{"id":1210,"date":"2019-06-18T04:02:21","date_gmt":"2019-06-18T04:02:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/selectednews.info\/mx\/odebrecht-pide-proteccion-por-bancarrota-tras-anos-de-investigaciones-por-corrupcion\/"},"modified":"2019-06-18T04:02:22","modified_gmt":"2019-06-18T04:02:22","slug":"odebrecht-pide-proteccion-por-bancarrota-tras-anos-de-investigaciones-por-corrupcion","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/selectednews.info\/mx\/odebrecht-pide-proteccion-por-bancarrota-tras-anos-de-investigaciones-por-corrupcion\/","title":{"rendered":"Odebrecht pide protecci\u00f3n por bancarrota tras a\u00f1os de investigaciones por corrupci\u00f3n"},"content":{"rendered":"<p> [ad_1]<br \/>\n<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>SAO PAULO.- El conglomerado brasile\u00f1o <strong>Odebrecht SA <\/strong>dijo el lunes que solicit\u00f3 protecci\u00f3n por bancarrota, con el objetivo de reestructurar pasivos por 51 mil millones de reales (13 mil millones de d\u00f3lares), en lo que ser\u00eda una de las mayores reestructuraciones de deuda en la corte en Am\u00e9rica Latina.<\/p>\n<p>La declaraci\u00f3n de bancarrota se produce tras a\u00f1os de complicaciones para Odebrecht, el grupo de ingenier\u00eda atrapado por una amplia investigaci\u00f3n por corrupci\u00f3n que se extendi\u00f3 por Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>En un comunicado, la compa\u00f1\u00eda afirm\u00f3 que la protecci\u00f3n por bancarrota era la mejor forma de concluir con su reestructuraci\u00f3n de deuda cuando los acreedores buscar incautar los activos comprometidos como garant\u00eda para pr\u00e9stamos impagos.<\/p>\n<p>La reestructuraci\u00f3n de deuda no incluye al productor petroqu\u00edmico Braskem SA, a la filial de az\u00facar y etanol Atvos Agroindustrial Participacoes SA, a la unidad de construcci\u00f3n Odebrecht Engenharia e Construcao (OEC), a la petrolera Ocyan, la naviera Enseada, a Odebrecht Transport o homebuilder Incorporadora OR.<\/p>\n<p>Los principales acreedores del conglomerado son los prestamistas estatales Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal y BNDES, as\u00ed como los privados Banco Bradesco SA, Ita\u00fa Unibanco Holding SA y Banco Santander Brasil SA.<\/p>\n<p>El grupo fue asesorado por la compa\u00f1\u00eda de reestructuraci\u00f3n financiera RK Partners y la firma de abogados E.
