Todav\u00eda falta, pero est\u00e1n trabajando tanto la administraci\u00f3n como el congreso estadounidense\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\nDijo que el momento en que se ingresar\u00e1 el documento de implementaci\u00f3n es una decisi\u00f3n que se debe tomar por el representante comercial de Estados Unidos, Robert Lighthizer, de acuerdo con las pl\u00e1ticas que tenga con la l\u00edder de la C\u00e1mara de Representantes, la dem\u00f3crata Nancy Pelosi.<\/p>\n<p>\nEntonces as\u00ed se definir\u00eda \u201ccu\u00e1l es momento adecuado para que lo mand\u00e9 la administraci\u00f3n y para que entre a la agenda legislativa\u201d, expuso la funcionaria mexicana.<\/p>\n<p>\n<strong>Etapa crucial. <\/strong>El presidente del Consejo Nacional de la Industria Maquiladora y Manufacturera de Exportaci\u00f3n (Index), Luis Aguirre Lang, dijo que se atraviesa por una fase crucial del proceso de ratificaci\u00f3n en Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p>\nExpuso que la industria maquiladora tuvo un crecimiento favorable en el primer trimestre de 2019, pero se espera que un decrecimiento para el segundo trimestre del a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>\nLa actividad productiva se puede ver afectada \u201csi no logramos la ratificaci\u00f3n del acuerdo (T-MEC) por parte de la c\u00e1mara baja (C\u00e1mara de Representantes de Estados Unidos) antes de que concluya este periodo va a ser lo m\u00e1s complicado, no imposible, lograr un consenso\u201d, consider\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>\nAgreg\u00f3 que el problema es que se inici\u00f3 la carrera electoral por la presidencia estadounidense y esa situaci\u00f3n puede impactar.<\/p>\n<p>\nEl problema es que si no se aprueba el acuerdo comercial pronto en Estados Unidos se generar\u00e1 m\u00e1s incertidumbre o ruido, lo cual se sumar\u00e1 a los \u201cfocos amarillos\u201d que se tienen por la expectativa de menor crecimiento mundial, que a su vez afectar\u00e1 a las perspectivas de crecimiento econ\u00f3mico de M\u00e9xico, un impacto que causar\u00e1 un mayor deterioro, consider\u00f3 el l\u00edder empresarial.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[ad_2]<br \/>\n<br \/><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eluniversal.com.mx\/cartera\/ratificacion-del-t-mec-en-eu-tomara-mas-tiempo\">Source link <\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[ad_1] [email\u00a0protected] El proceso de aprobaci\u00f3n del Tratado entre M\u00e9xico, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1 (T-MEC) puede tomar m\u00e1s tiempo por los tr\u00e1mites y tiempos de discusi\u00f3n del congreso estadounidense, dijo la subsecretaria de Comercio Exterior de la Secretar\u00eda de Econom\u00eda, Luz Mar\u00eda de la Mora.
