\nSi bien hay crecimiento en el segundo trimestre y planes de expansi\u00f3n de empresas y proyectos de inversi\u00f3n, hay un menor ritmo en la actividad del ensamble, dijo.<\/p>\n
\n\u201cTenemos una desaceleraci\u00f3n (\u2026) no vamos a estar creciendo 10% o 12%, espero cerraremos en 6% o 7%\u201d, expuso.<\/p>\n
\nEn entrevista con EL UNIVERSAL, dijo que siguen los pedidos y la actividad productiva. Por ejemplo, en el segundo trimestre de 2019 se registr\u00f3 un aumento de las exportaciones de 6% con respecto al mismo periodo de 2018.<\/p>\n
\nEn los primeros seis meses del a\u00f1o se registr\u00f3 la creaci\u00f3n de 80 mil nuevos empleos, gracias a que se mantiene la actividad en las m\u00e1s de 6 mil maquiladoras que hay en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n
\nAdem\u00e1s, hay procesos de expansi\u00f3n en las empresas del pa\u00eds, en zonas como Monterrey, Nuevo Le\u00f3n; en Le\u00f3n y Apaseo el Grande, en Guanajuato, entre otros proyectos.<\/p>\n
\nDevoluciones. <\/strong>Aguirre Lang dijo que con la eliminaci\u00f3n de la compensaci\u00f3n universal se incrementaron 70% las solicitudes de devoluci\u00f3n de IVA de parte de los maquiladores, porque muchos de ellos utilizaban el beneficio de compensar.<\/p>\n\nPero la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda tambi\u00e9n debe atender a las cerca de 11 mil personas f\u00edsicas que se adhirieron al programa de la Frontera Norte, el cual da beneficios fiscales a las empresas que se sit\u00faan en ciertos municipios de esa zonas.<\/p>\n
\nAl incrementarse el n\u00famero de solicitudes de devoluci\u00f3n tanto por los maquiladores como por personas f\u00edsicas, se registran casos en donde hay retraso en las devoluciones, por lo que ya se le present\u00f3 a la autoridad esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
\nAdem\u00e1s, hay empresas maquiladoras que como cuentan con el certificado en IVA e IEPS reciben su devoluci\u00f3n sin problemas. Explic\u00f3 que las maquiladores retienen el ISR para luego enterarlo al Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT).<\/p>\n
\nLas empresas del ensamble pagan \u201cmucho\u201d IVA al hacer compras nacionales y ese IVA lo debe devolver Hacienda porque se trata de productos que se van a exportar. Lo que antes suced\u00eda es que se compensaba el IVA con ISR al final de cada mes, pero ahora no es posible y hay que esperar la devoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
