Vivemos na chamada era digital.<span id=\"more-2307\"\/><\/p>\n<p>Ora, todas as mudan\u00e7as que t\u00eam acontecido nos \u00faltimos anos no panorama social t\u00eam tamb\u00e9m tido um reflexo no contexto empresarial onde os gestores das grandes marcas (e pequenas tamb\u00e9m) marcas tiveram que se ajustar para conseguir continuar a vender os seus produtos. \u00c9 um dos principais desafios desta era: <strong>como conseguir vender?<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><noscript><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-2382 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/selectednews.info\/pt\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2019\/04\/Os-desafios-de-vender-na-era-digital.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"262\"  \/><\/noscript><br \/> \u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>A nova vida para os comerciais<\/h2>\n<p>Um dos pap\u00e9is que mais se tem alterado com a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o digital \u00e9 o do comercial, o profissional de uma empresa respons\u00e1vel pelas vendas, pela angaria\u00e7\u00e3o de novos clientes e ainda a fideliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos clientes j\u00e1 existentes.<\/p>\n<p>A verdade \u00e9 que esta nova fase e forma como as vendas se processam faz com que os comerciais tenham uma imensid\u00e3o de novos dilemas com os quais lidar. <strong>A internet trouxe n\u00e3o s\u00f3 um maior n\u00famero de potenciais consumidores da marca como tamb\u00e9m um maior n\u00famero de concorrentes e formas de vender, nomeadamente o <em>e-commerce<\/em>, que rompeu as barreiras da venda tradicional f\u00edsica e em em loja.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Desta forma, os comerciais t\u00eam de conseguir adaptar-se a um volume de trabalho bastante superior \u00e0quilo que estavam habituados anteriormente, bem como a terem de criar novas estrat\u00e9gias para conseguirem ultrapassar os seus competidores diretos na conquista e na estrat\u00e9gia de reten\u00e7\u00e3o do cliente.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>A automa\u00e7\u00e3o de processos<\/h2>\n<p>Outra grande mudan\u00e7a que a era digital veio trazer na perspetiva de vendas foi a automa\u00e7\u00e3o de processos. <strong>A intelig\u00eancia artificial veio ajudar a simplificar e a realizar tarefas mon\u00f3tonas e repetitivas (controlo de pedidos, encomendas e tratamento de dados), agilizando os processos de trabalho dos profissionais das vendas e libertando-os para dar aten\u00e7\u00e3o personalizada a cada cliente.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Paralelamente, torna-se fundamental desenvolver as compet\u00eancias genuinamente humanas como a criatividade, o pensamento inovador e a capacidade para estabelecer rela\u00e7\u00f5es interpessoais\u2026 Capacidades que as m\u00e1quinas n\u00e3o conseguem replicar e que, por consequ\u00eancia, v\u00e3o ser cada vez mais valorizadas no futuro.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>A import\u00e2ncia da aprendizagem continuada<\/h2>\n<p>Se vivemos em tempos onde tudo \u00e0 nossa volta se est\u00e1 transformar, \u00e9 essencial que consigamos acompanhar (ou, quem sabe, antecipar) esta tend\u00eancia. Para isso, nada \u00e9 mais importante que aprender o m\u00e1ximo poss\u00edvel sobre esta nova era na comunica\u00e7\u00e3o e <em>marketing<\/em> das empresas.<\/p>\n<p>Assim, um profissional da \u00e1rea das vendas n\u00e3o pode, em pleno 2019, achar que j\u00e1 sabe tudo o que tem a saber sobre a sua profiss\u00e3o porque, como temos visto, \u00e9 uma \u00e1rea em constante transforma\u00e7\u00e3o e reinven\u00e7\u00e3o. Logo, para que os profissionais das vendas n\u00e3o fiquem para tr\u00e1s, <strong>\u00e9 importante estarem atentos ao que os rodeia e apostar em forma\u00e7\u00f5es de v\u00e1rios tipos, principalmente sobre as novas ferramentas e linguagens digitais que t\u00eam sido desenvolvidas e que ser\u00e3o fundamentais para vencer no mercado de trabalho do futuro.<\/strong><br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Inovar \u00e9 a chave para ter sucesso<\/h2>\n<p>Como visto anteriormente, <strong>uma das transforma\u00e7\u00f5es que a era digital trouxe foi uma maior competitividade do mercado bem como um claro excesso de informa\u00e7\u00e3o para o consumido<\/strong>r, que tem agora acesso a um conjunto renovado de conte\u00fados e an\u00fancios sobre marcas e produtos, seja <em>offline ou, cada vez mais, <\/em>no universo <em>online<\/em> e seguindo uma estrat\u00e9gia multicanal.<\/p>\n<p>Desta forma, se as marcas querem fazer-se notar num mercado t\u00e3o saturado e competitivo, precisam de primar pela inova\u00e7\u00e3o, por \u201csa\u00edrem da caixa\u201d e mostrarem criatividade no modo como chegam ao consumidor, ganham a sua prefer\u00eancia e conseguem estabelecer com ele uma liga\u00e7\u00e3o emocional de fideliza\u00e7\u00e3o continuada.
