Justi\u00e7a"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><\/p>\n<p>                    A primeira audi\u00eancia p\u00fablica do julgamento no Jap\u00e3o de Carlos Ghosn, ex-l\u00edder da Nissan, est\u00e1 prevista para abril de 2020, indicou este s\u00e1bado uma fonte \u00e0 AFP, confirmando uma informa\u00e7\u00e3o da ag\u00eancia japonesa Kyodo.A data ainda n\u00e3o est\u00e1 definitivamente marcada, mas, segundo a Kyodo, &#8220;o tribunal de T\u00f3quio quer organizar at\u00e9 tr\u00eas audi\u00eancias por semana a partir de 21 de abril&#8221;.&#8221;\u00c9 isso que est\u00e1 no calend\u00e1rio distribu\u00eddo pelo tribunal&#8221;, disse \u00e0 AFP fonte pr\u00f3xima do dossi\u00ea, sem poder adiantar mais detalhes.Est\u00e1 previsto que sejam tamb\u00e9m ouvidos antigos e atuais respons\u00e1veis da Nissan, segundo a Kyodo.Carlos Ghosn enfrenta quatro acusa\u00e7\u00f5es, duas das quais (relativas a remunera\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o declaradas) envolvem tamb\u00e9m o seu ex-colaborador Greg Kelly e o construtor autom\u00f3vel Nissan.\u00c9 tamb\u00e9m acusado de &#8220;abuso de confian\u00e7a agravado&#8221;
