\nNg\u00e2n h\u00e0ng Th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi (WB) nh\u1eadn \u0111\u1ecbnh Vi\u1ec7t Nam t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng ch\u1eefng l\u1ea1i t\u1eeb \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m nay, nh\u01b0ng tri\u1ec3n v\u1ecdng v\u1eabn t\u00edch c\u1ef1c.\t<\/p>\n

\nTrong b\u00e1o c\u00e1o \u0110i\u1ec3m l\u1ea1i c\u00f4ng b\u1ed1 chi\u1ec1u nay, WB nh\u1eadn \u0111\u1ecbnh m\u00f4i tr\u01b0\u1eddng kinh t\u1ebf to\u00e0n c\u1ea7u \u0111ang t\u1ea1o ra nhi\u1ec1u th\u00e1ch th\u1ee9c h\u01a1n, t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng ch\u1eadm l\u1ea1i v\u00e0 xu\u1ea5t hi\u1ec7n nhi\u1ec1u r\u1ee7i ro. T\u00e1c \u0111\u1ed9ng b\u1ea5t l\u1ee3i b\u00ean ngo\u00e0i l\u00ean c\u00e1c ng\u00e0nh kinh t\u1ebf quan tr\u1ecdng khi\u1ebfn \u0111\u00e0 t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam ch\u1eefng l\u1ea1i t\u1eeb \u0111\u1ea7u n\u0103m. Tuy v\u1eady, WB nh\u1eadn \u0111\u1ecbnh tri\u1ec3n v\u1ecdng v\u1eabn t\u00edch c\u1ef1c.<\/p>\n

\nGDP n\u0103m nay \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c d\u1ef1 b\u00e1o t\u0103ng 6,6%, do s\u1ee9c c\u1ea7u b\u00ean ngo\u00e0i y\u1ebfu \u0111i v\u00e0 ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch t\u00e0i kh\u00f3a, t\u00edn d\u1ee5ng ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c th\u1eaft ch\u1eb7t. T\u1ed1c \u0111\u1ed9 n\u00e0y th\u1ea5p h\u01a1n n\u0103m ngo\u00e1i (7,08%). Hai n\u0103m t\u1edbi, t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c ch\u1eadm l\u1ea1i, v\u1ec1 6,5%.<\/p>\n

\nTheo WB, nhu c\u1ea7u b\u00ean ngo\u00e0i \u0111i xu\u1ed1ng khi\u1ebfn c\u00e1c ng\u00e0nh ch\u1ebf t\u1ea1o, ch\u1ebf bi\u1ebfn theo \u0111\u1ecbnh h\u01b0\u1edbng xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u t\u0103ng tr\u01b0\u1edfng ch\u1eadm l\u1ea1i. D\u1ecbch t\u1ea3 l\u1ee3n ch\u00e2u Phi v\u00e0 gi\u00e1 h\u00e0ng h\u00f3a qu\u1ed1c t\u1ebf gi\u1ea3m g\u00e2y \u1ea3nh h\u01b0\u1edfng \u0111\u1ebfn s\u1ea3n l\u01b0\u1ee3ng n\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p. Ch\u1ec9 s\u1ed1 gi\u00e1 ti\u00eau d\u00f9ng (CPI) \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c d\u1ef1 b\u00e1o v\u00e0o kho\u1ea3ng 3,7% n\u0103m nay, d\u01b0\u1edbi ch\u1ec9 ti\u00eau l\u1ea1m ph\u00e1t ch\u00ednh th\u1ee9c l\u00e0 4%.<\/p>\n

\nWB nh\u1eadn \u0111\u1ecbnh c\u00e1n c\u00e2n th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i c\u1ee7a Vi\u1ec7t Nam \u0111ang c\u1ea3i thi\u1ec7n, \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0 FDI s\u00f4i \u0111\u1ed9ng v\u00e0 t\u1ef7 gi\u00e1 t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u1ed1i \u1ed5n \u0111\u1ecbnh. N\u1ee3 c\u00f4ng tr\u00ean GDP ti\u1ebfp t\u1ee5c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c d\u1ef1 b\u00e1o gi\u1ea3m, xu\u1ed1ng 58,3% n\u0103m nay nh\u1edd ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch t\u00e0i kh\u00f3a c\u00f3 k\u1ef7 lu\u1eadt.<\/p>\n
