Con s\u1ed1 n\u00e0y s\u1ebd t\u0103ng l\u00ean 19.000 MW v\u00e0o n\u0103m 2030, t\u01b0\u01a1ng \u0111\u01b0\u01a1ng c\u1ea7n 22 t\u1ef7 m3 kh\u00ed, trong \u0111\u00f3 50% t\u1eeb ngu\u1ed3n nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u kh\u00ed LNG.<br \/>\nTrong khi \u0111\u00f3 \u00f4ng Ph\u00f9ng V\u0103n S\u1ef9 &#8211; V\u1ee5 D\u1ea7u kh\u00ed, than (B\u1ed9 C\u00f4ng Th\u01b0\u01a1ng) th\u00f4ng tin, b\u00ean c\u1ea1nh ngu\u1ed3n kh\u00ed trong n\u01b0\u1edbc, t\u1eeb sau 2020 Vi\u1ec7t Nam s\u1ebd ph\u1ea3i nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u kh\u00ed thi\u00ean nhi\u00ean h\u00f3a l\u1ecfng (LNG). Theo quy ho\u1ea1ch ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n ng\u00e0nh c\u00f4ng nghi\u1ec7p kh\u00ed \u0111\u1ebfn 2035, Vi\u1ec7t Nam s\u1ebd c\u1ea7n nh\u1eadp 1-4 t\u1ef7 m3 kh\u00ed LNG m\u1ed7i n\u0103m trong giai \u0111o\u1ea1n 2021-2025 v\u00e0 s\u1ebd t\u0103ng l\u00ean 6-10 t\u1ef7 m3 m\u1ed7i n\u0103m v\u00e0o sau 2026.<br \/>\n\u00d4ng S\u1ef9 gi\u1ea3i th\u00edch, n\u0103m 2019 kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng c\u1ea5p kh\u00ed cho s\u1ea3n xu\u1ea5t \u0111i\u1ec7n \u1edf m\u1ee9c 8 t\u1ef7 m3, tuy nhi\u00ean kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng c\u1ea5p kh\u00ed nh\u01b0 hi\u1ec7n t\u1ea1i s\u1ebd ch\u1ec9 duy tr\u00ec \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u1ebfn 2022 v\u00e0 t\u1eeb 2023 s\u1ea3n l\u01b0\u1ee3ng kh\u00ed c\u1ea5p v\u1ec1 b\u1edd s\u1ebd suy gi\u1ea3m v\u00e0 b\u1eaft \u0111\u1ea7u thi\u1ebfu h\u1ee5t. V\u00ec v\u1eady, giai \u0111o\u1ea1n sau 2020 ngu\u1ed3n kh\u00ed trong n\u01b0\u1edbc kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng \u0111\u1ee7 nhu c\u1ea7u, n\u00ean Vi\u1ec7t Nam s\u1ebd ph\u1ea3i nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u LNG \u0111\u1ec3 b\u00f9 \u0111\u1eafp l\u01b0\u1ee3ng thi\u1ebfu h\u1ee5t v\u00e0 h\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 cho c\u00e1c nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y \u0111i\u1ec7n kh\u00ed hi\u1ec7n c\u00f3.<br \/>\nNgo\u00e0i ra, v\u1edbi m\u1ee9c c\u1ea5p kh\u00ed t\u1eeb th\u01b0\u1ee3ng ngu\u1ed3n v\u00e0 huy \u0111\u1ed9ng t\u1ea1i h\u1ea1 ngu\u1ed3n nh\u01b0 hi\u1ec7n nay, d\u1ef1 ki\u1ebfn quy\u1ec1n l\u1ea5y b\u00f9 kh\u00ed c\u1ee7a T\u1eadp \u0111o\u00e0n D\u1ea7u kh\u00ed Vi\u1ec7t Nam (PVN) s\u1ebd h\u1ebft v\u00e0o th\u00e1ng 10\/2019. Sau th\u1eddi \u0111i\u1ec3m c\u00e2n b\u1eb1ng, kh\u1ea3 n\u0103ng c\u1ea5p kh\u00ed c\u1ee7a PVN qua \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng \u1ed1ng PM3-C\u00e0 Mau s\u1ebd ch\u1ec9 c\u00f2n m\u1ed9t n\u1eeda, gi\u1ea3m nhanh t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2023 v\u00e0 ng\u1eebng c\u1ea5p kh\u00ed t\u1eeb 2028.<br \/>\n&#8220;N\u1ebfu kh\u00f4ng mua \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c kh\u00ed t\u1eeb Malaysia, ngu\u1ed3n cung kh\u00ed s\u1ebd kh\u00f4ng \u0111\u00e1p \u1ee9ng \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c nhu c\u1ea7u c\u1ee7a c\u00e1c h\u1ed9 ti\u00eau th\u1ee5 sau khi PVN h\u1ebft quy\u1ec1n l\u1ea5y b\u00f9 v\u00e0o th\u00e1ng 10\/2019&#8221;, \u00f4ng S\u1ef9 n\u00f3i.<br \/>\nTuy nhi\u00ean, xu h\u01b0\u1edbng gi\u00e1 kh\u00ed cao v\u00e0 ph\u1ee5 thu\u1ed9c v\u00e0o th\u1ecb tr\u01b0\u1eddng LNG th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi, theo \u00f4ng S\u1ef9, s\u1ebd l\u00e0 th\u00e1ch th\u1ee9c cho ph\u00e1t tri\u1ec3n \u0111\u1ed3ng b\u1ed9 h\u1ea1 t\u1ea7ng kh\u00ed cho thu gom c\u00e1c ngu\u1ed3n kh\u00ed. Hi\u1ec7n gi\u00e1 trung b\u00ecnh m\u1ed7i kWh s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng kh\u00ed l\u00f4 B kho\u1ea3ng 2.800 \u0111\u1ed3ng, c\u00f2n s\u1eed d\u1ee5ng LNG nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u kho\u1ea3ng 2.000 \u0111\u1ed3ng (v\u1edbi gi\u00e1 LNG t\u1ea1i nh\u00e0 m\u00e1y kho\u1ea3ng 10,5 tri\u1ec7u USD\/tri\u1ec7u BTU).<br \/>\n&#8220;H\u1ec7 th\u1ed1ng \u0111\u01b0\u1eddng \u1ed1ng m\u1edbi x\u00e2y d\u1ef1ng c\u00f3 m\u1ee9c ph\u00ed cao, nh\u01b0ng s\u1ea3n l\u01b0\u1ee3ng kh\u00ed d\u1ef1 ki\u1ebfn v\u1eadn h\u00e0nh th\u1ea5p. Do \u0111\u00f3, c\u1ea7n c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf, ch\u00ednh s\u00e1ch thu\u1ebf su\u1ea5t, nh\u1ea5t l\u00e0 gi\u00e1 kh\u00ed, h\u1ee3p l\u00fd \u0111\u1ec3 tri\u1ec3n khai c\u00e1c d\u1ef1 \u00e1n nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u LNG v\u00e0 kinh doanh ph\u00e2n ph\u1ed1i&#8221;, \u0111\u1ea1i di\u1ec7n V\u1ee5 D\u1ea7u kh\u00ed v\u00e0 than b\u00ecnh lu\u1eadn.<br \/>\nHi\u1ec7n kh\u00ed thi\u00ean nhi\u00ean h\u00f3a l\u1ecfng l\u00e0 ngu\u1ed3n n\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng s\u1ea1ch \u0111ang \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c xem l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t trong nh\u1eefng gi\u1ea3i ph\u00e1p quan tr\u1ecdng v\u00e0 xu h\u01b0\u1edbng t\u1ea5t y\u1ebfu \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi th\u1ebf gi\u1edbi v\u00e0 Vi\u1ec7t Nam trong b\u1ed1i c\u1ea3nh c\u00e1c ngu\u1ed3n t\u00e0i nguy\u00ean truy\u1ec1n th\u1ed1ng (th\u1ee7y \u0111i\u1ec7n, than&#8230;) tr\u00ean \u0111\u00e0 suy gi\u1ea3m.<br \/>\nVi\u1ec7t Nam theo b\u01b0\u1edbc c\u00e1c n\u01b0\u1edbc l\u00e1ng gi\u1ec1ng \u0111\u1ec3 nh\u1eadp LNG. N\u0103m 2011, Th\u00e1i Lan l\u00e0 qu\u1ed1c gia \u0111\u1ea7u ti\u00ean \u1edf khu v\u1ef1c \u0110\u00f4ng Nam \u00c1 nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u lo\u1ea1i nhi\u00ean li\u1ec7u n\u00e0y, kho\u1ea3ng 4 tri\u1ec7u t\u1ea5n n\u0103m 2017. Indonesia, n\u01b0\u1edbc t\u1eebng l\u00e0 nh\u00e0 xu\u1ea5t kh\u1ea9u LNG, s\u1ebd b\u1eaft \u0111\u1ea7u nh\u1eadp kh\u1ea9u sau n\u0103m 2020.<br \/>\nTheo Bloomberg New Energy Finance, nhu c\u1ea7u LNG to\u00e0n c\u1ea7u \u0111\u00e3 t\u0103ng 8,5% l\u00ean 380 tri\u1ec7u t\u1ea5n trong n\u0103m 2018 v\u00e0 d\u1ef1 b\u00e1o s\u1ebd \u0111\u1ea1t 450 tri\u1ec7u t\u1ea5n v\u00e0o 2030. Ch\u00e2u \u00c1 chi\u1ebfm 86% trong t\u1ed5ng s\u1ed1 167 tri\u1ec7u t\u1ea5n LNG \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ti\u00eau th\u1ee5 t\u1eeb n\u0103m 2017 \u0111\u1ebfn 2030.
