OMSE is a London-based design agency who is taking the phenomenon of 3D typography to the next level. The firm does so with the help of augmented reality, utilizing the software to give movement to otherwise static fonts. This project is commissioned by Printworks London who sought out to call public attention to its autumn-winter edition of events.

OMSE’s moving 3D typography embraces an appropriate thematic that ties to its client’s ethos. The AR-powered moving images are designed to evoke the motifs of the printing press and effortlessly tie into Printworks London’s visual language.

Users can interact and enjoy the 3D typography via the Printworks AR app. The application establishes a number of points of interaction, signaling that such software has immense connotations for the user experience of a brand.
