12-Hour Pride Livestreams

TikTok will be wrapping up Pride Month with a 12-hour live global event called the TikTok Pride Finale, which offers programming like makeup tutorials, music performances and question sessions. The event kicks off with Grammy Award-nominated singer-songwriter Kesha, and the platform will also be featuring LGBTQ+ TikTok Trailblazers.The short-form video platform’s #LGBT hashtag boasts more than 120 billion views and it represents a place where users can find inspiration, support and freedom to be their most authentic selves. There’s also plenty of content to be found on the #ForYourPride hashtag.Since this year’s Pride events have gone virtual, TikTok is providing an accessible way for people to feel included and part of the community, even if celebrations can’t happen as usual in person.
