Gap, the American worldwide clothing and accessories retailer, is celebrating its 50th year anniversary with a workshop and customization pop-up in London, England. The event will offer limited-edition 1969 premium denim and other vintage-style jeans. It will also include a number of denim-related services, including sophisticated denim tattooing, dapper distressing, and personalized hemming.

The event is “being designed to celebrate 50 years of denim, while looking forward to the future of denim.” In an effort to be forward-thinking and address consumer concerns, the pop-up will also include a sustainable fashion panel discussion to consider environmental concerns regarding fast fashion.

The free anniversary-celebrating customization pop-up will be open to the public from September 1st – 30th at Gap Inc’s head office.
