Elephant-Awareness T-Shirts : Sheldrick Wildlife Trust

As concern for the current environmental crisis grows, the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust has partnered with whiteGREY and Passion Pictures to educate the younger generations on the decline of elephants.

The fundraising and awareness project features an adorable elephant-themed shirt — the Ele-tee — that leads children to an animated short film regarding the major causes of possible extinction for the African elephant. The story tells the tale of ‘Garzi the Orphan,’ a rescued elephant whose mother was killed by poachers. The narrative also underlines other issues African Elephants face today, such as droughts, habitat loss, and lack of food resources.

The interactive shirt is a wonderful way to educate younger generations about real environmental concerns. Profits from the sale of the Ele-tee will be used to protect various elephant habitats and rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned elephants.
