L’Oréal Paris and The Prince’s Trust Launched the My Self-Worth Podcast

L’Oréal Paris and The Prince’s Trust collaborated in 2017 for the All Worth It program and the two are now introducing the My Self-Worth podcast to inspire greater positivity. The podcast to tackle feelings of self-doubt features conversations from TV presenter AJ Odudu, professional diver Tom Daley, L’Oréal ambassador Helen Mirren and others. Each of the speakers in the series touches on how they were able to find self-worth in their respective fields, as well as tips for boosting mental health and overcoming negatively charged emotions.

While Iskra Lawrence’s episode is based on the idea that ‘I am My Own Role Model,’ Jermaine Jenas’ episode reminds: ‘I’m Here to Create Not Destroy.’ These short-form podcasts can easily be consumed, as they are just three to five minutes in length.
