Airbnb is Launching an Around the World in 80 Days Trip

To celebrate the launch of its new Airbnb Adventures platform, Airbnb is hosting an Around The World In 80 Days trip. Designed for travelers who want to see it all, the trip will cover six continents and 18 countries in just 80 days.

Airbnb’s Around The World In 80 Days trip is based on Jules Verne’s famous novel of the same name. Though there is no grand prize at the end of Airbnb’s tour like there is in the book, travelers who embark on the excursion are still in for the adventure of a lifetime. The Airbnb adventure starts in London and takes travelers through countries such as Romania, Uzbekistan, Jordan, Kenya, Nepal, Thailand, New Zealand, Japan, and more. The trip includes all lodging, meals, and transportation, as well as unique adventures in each place. While the trip is not cheap at nearly $5,000 per person, proceeds from the experience will be donated to the Malala Fund and its efforts to provide girls with access to a safe, quality education.
